3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We ship within Australia only.
3.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days.
4.2 We do not accept returns for change of mind on coffee beans (perishable goods).
4.4 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5.3 We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items inside the cafe.
